Privacy Policy
Maxell Finetech Ltd. fully recognize the importance of protecting the personal information (name, street address, phone number, e-mail address, name of employer or any other information to identify individual) of the customer and therefore shall handle the said information according to the following policy:
1. Collection of Personal Information
Upon collecting personal information including name, address, phone number, e-mail addresss and other information from a customer, Maxell Finetech shall publicize or notify how the company will utilize the said collected information.
2. Use or Disclosure of Personal Information
Maxell Finetech shall not use or disclose the information collected from the customers for any purpose not described upon collecting the said information from the customers, except in a case when agreed by the customer, requested by law, or other case in which the law protecting the personal information allows.

Maxell Finetech shall take sufficient action to prevent unlawful access, unintended disclosure, misusage, falsification, losing or destruction of personal information collected from the customers following the company rules on information management established regard to "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" of Japan.
4. Confirmation, Correction or Deletion of Personal Information
Maxell Finetech shall respond in reasonably swift manner when the customer requests disclosure, correction or deletion of the personal information of himself/herself collected by the company, only after the company made confirmation that the requesting person is the one whom the information addresses.
5. Compliance to Laws and Review of the Information
Maxell Finetech shall abide to laws of Japan and other regulations and rules relating to the protection of personal information. The company shall review the personal information protection system as appropriate, implementing a continuous improvement.
